BoVir is based off the naturally occurring baculovirus, Lymantria dispar nucleopolyhedrovirus (LdMNPV), which is safe and causes no harm to human health. BoVir preserves natural antagonists and is non-toxic for species at risk. Currently only available in Ontario, under an emergency use permit.
